Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Processing and delivery

Please allow 2 to 5 business days for your order to be prepared, then 3 to 8 business days for delivery. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking link by email when your order ships. It can take 24 to 48 hours to start updating.

Multiple items

Orders with several items may arrive in separate packages on different days. You're only charged shipping once.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your address at checkout. If a package is returned as undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll contact you, and reshipping will be charged.

Delays

If your order hasn't arrived 10 business days after the estimate, email support@exploretees.com with your order number and we'll track it down or send a replacement.
